first of all: this is a really nice site. Can someone tell me when it was created?

Now something to myself. I'm a student from bavaria, germany. I' playing chess since 1 year and got a playing strength of about 1600-1700. i've a passion for chess and i love to play it. I really hope to meet a nice and mannered community here.


Some questions about this site:

Had this site been created just recently? If yes, what about some "commercial" - Is this site a serious project to start a international chess forum? Is yes, i could start recommending this site on our german chess sites.

The site was created on December 1st and since that we are writing articles that might be interesting for the chess fans out there. Yep, our goal is to establish an international chess community over the next few month and if you want to recommend our site this is, of course, very much appreciated
