The French Chess Federation (FFE) will organize next European Chess Championships. This prestigious tournament will take place in Aix-les-Bains, from 2011, March 21st - April 3rd.

The organizers write:

The wonderful city of Aix-les-Bains is located about 50 km from Swiss border (Geneva). You will find basic information’s on the website dedicated to the event. We hope to see a large number of European players gather in Aix-les-Bains, and are ready to welcome you there.

Registration and accommodation procedure

Registrations and accommodations for the European Chess Championships 2011 have to be made by national federations, on the dedicated website. Click on the tab federation, down on the left, with the following login and password, for your federation.

The organizing fees (70 EUR) and accommodation fees have to be paid before February 15th at the latest.
