The playing venue of Tal Memorial 2010 will be once again the GUM in Moscow. Live games start every day at 15:00 local time (13:00 CET), and the 9th of November is a rest day.

It is presumed, but unknown whether Carlsen will participate in the 2010 World Blitz Championship, currently scheduled to be held in Moscow from November 15 to 16 following the 2010 Tal Memorial.
