Firebird chess engine - what can you tell me about it?

Hi - I just found out about the Firebird chess engine and downloaded it from http://www.chesslogik.com/FireBird.htm.

A couple of 12 game matches at a 1 min + 1 sec./move saw Firebird win convincingly - 10 to 2 vs Rybka 3.1 and 11.5 to .5 against Fritz 12. Seeems a little flakey in the Fritz 12 interface.

Does anyone know anything about it?

I don't think the engine really exists. It's probably hard to create a better chess engine then Rybka out of nowhere.

Maybe it's different version ob Rybka or even a virus/trojan
